Hans Christian Gut is a Swiss private banker who began his career in the banking industry in 2002. After six years of broad based banking experience, he specialized in Swiss Private Banking and Wealth Management, a focus that led him to join UBS Group, one of the world’s leading wealth management institutions.
Within UBS’s wealth management division, Hans advised high-net-worth families, their individual members and associated corporate structures, delivering holistic and tailored financial solutions. His extensive experience in financial advisory services, combined with a strong entrepreneurial drive, ultimately led him to leave UBS in 2021 to pursue his own entrepreneurial ventures.
Today, Hans manages private advisory mandates and leads Groundworth’s global collaborations. He contributes deep global financial expertise, investor relations and a cross-market perspective to the organization. Through his personal connection to Sri Lanka via his wife’s family heritage, Hans uniquely bridges Swiss and international financial discipline with Sri Lankan investment opportunities, reinforcing Groundworth’s international credibility and positioning.
Lalith Andrahennadi
A respected legal professional since 1981, Lalith brings unparalleled expertise in property law and governance. His distinguished career includes serving as Magistrate and District Judge (1988–1994), as well as Municipal Magistrate of Colombo. He has held leadership positions such as Chairman of the Ceylon Fisheries Corporation (1995–1996), Chairman of the Building Materials Corporation (2004–2007) and Director of HDFC Bank. From 2011 to 2015, he served as Senior Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Rehabilitation & Prison Reform and continues in active practice as Senior Counsel.
Thilanga Dewanarayana
Thilanga brings over 22 years of leadership experience across various sectors in Sri Lanka and internationally, including manufacturing, aviation, tourism, hotels and power generation.
He began his professional journey while pursuing a bachelor’s degree at the University of Kelaniya in 2003. From then until 2014, he held managerial roles in prominent Sri Lankan organizations. In 2014, he transitioned to a senior management position as Director of Finance in India, a role he held until 2019. From 2020 to 2024, he served as Director and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a portfolio of companies in the hotels and tourism sector.
Thilanga’s expertise spans auditing, accounting and finance, budgeting, taxation, fund management, banking, investment appraisals, e-commerce, sales and marketing, project management, project financing, business development, strategic planning and management.
In September 2024, Thilanga joined Groundworth Group, where he is responsible for group reporting and finance functions, streamlining business processes, appraising new projects and providing advisory support to the board on future expansion projects.
Ravishan Silva
Ravishan Silva brings over 15 years of combined experience in the automobile sector and real estate, including eight years in automobile Sales & Marketing, having worked with several prominent automobile brands and has spent the past seven years in real estate development, with a proven track record of delivering successful property development projects.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and a National Diploma in Sales Management from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. He is also currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant qualification from ICMA Australia.
In his role at Groundworth Partners (Pvt) Ltd., Ravishan provides leadership in property acquisitions and project operations, guiding strategic decisions that drive the company’s growth.
Vidyarth Pathmanathan
Vidyarth brings over 13 years of experience in the real estate and automobile industries, having worked with leading companies locally and internationally. With a strong background in sales and market strategy, he has built a solid reputation for his professionalism, client-focused approach and ability to drive consistent results in competitive environments.
He holds an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire (UK) and a Master’s in Marketing from Asia e-University, strengthening his expertise in sales management, customer engagement and business development.
At Groundworth, Vidyarth leads the sales function and is responsible for driving revenue growth and guiding the sales team toward achieving their targets. His strengths include building strong client relationships, managing sales pipelines, mentoring his team and ensuring a transparent, seamless experience for every client. Anil Mathew
Anil is a seasoned banking leader with over 25 years of experience in driving growth and transformation in the financial services industry with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and implementing strategies that boost business volume at minimal cost. His expertise lies in turning challenges into opportunities and leveraging internal synergies to deliver sustainable result. He served as Head of Institutional Sales at Emirates NBD in the UAE and as Head of Commercial Cards for American Express at Nations Trust Bank Sri Lanka.
He is a dynamic real estate professional since 2017 with a proven track record in property development, investment and client advisory services. With expertise spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, he excels in identifying high-value opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that maximize returns for clients and stakeholders.

Pradhishta Janathanan
Pradhishta Janathanan brings 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure spanning Australian real estate firms, Canadian mortgage firms and leading e-commerce platforms in Sri Lanka. This cross-market background informs her approach to brand building, lead generation and marketing operations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication and a Master of Business Administration, a combination that bridges design sensibility with commercial strategy and shapes both the creative and analytical sides of her work.
In her role at Groundworth Group, Pradhishta heads Digital Marketing and oversees Marketing Operations, driving lead generation across all Groundworth projects and directing the group’s brand presence through both above-the-line and below-the-line channels. Her remit covers campaign strategy and execution, project site branding, PR and brand awareness and the day-to-day operational systems that connect marketing efforts to sales outcomes, ensuring each development reaches the buyers it was built for.
